Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. We spent two days and nights there. Upon check-in, our daughter was immediately given a teddy bear as a gift—a lovely gesture from the hotel that made her incredibly happy. The service was exceptionally friendly, the hotel felt cozy and clean, the breakfast was superb, room service was excellent, and the spa and gym were clean and relaxing

Central location right across the beautiful park from the old town. Polite and welcoming staff. Rich and tasty breakfast. Good sound insulation - we didn’t hear any noise neither from the hall, nor from the outside.
Huge beds with qualitative bed linen, and comfortable pillows.
SPA was good- swimming pool of good length, spacious sauna, however there was just three relaxing beds (heated) which was almost impossible to get on, as people were leaving their towels on them and going elsewhere.
Nothing to note.
