Good location
Cramped room with no wardrobe. Bathroom door banged on bed and hard to get around. Lighting either fully on or dark

The location in central London was excellent. Very close to Oxford Circus so well placed for all our activities - in Covent Garden and Marleybone. The bed was very comfortable.
For a hotel classed as 5* on Booking.com we felt it fell a little short of this rating, mainly on small details. For example there was no mirror at all in the bedroom - not ideal for getting ready for a night out. Only mirror was an over the sink one in the bathroom, which of course was very damp and foggy, and not full length. Also the shower hose was very poorly connected and leaking.

Staff were really pleasant and helpful. No problem with leaving bag much earlier than check in time & again after we checked out as we had a day in the capital planned before we travelled home. Also, no problem with extra tea, coffee, milk etc which was delivered to us on 6th floor
Looking at the floor plan in our room for fire escape etc we had, by far the smallest room on that floor despite booking a couple of months in advance. The room wasn't cheap. Maybe it was because we booked through a third agent (i.e. Booking.com?)
Room was a bit tired, window wouldn't open properly, shower needed attention and toilet wasn't functioning properly - shutoff valve was defective so continually trying to fill the cistern.
Had we been staying for longer, I would have reported all at the time but wasn't worth it & I knew I would get at least 6 emails asking for my review!
