The apartment is nice and spacious, conveniently located near a mall and the city centre, and the food was good too. However, our stay didn’t get off to the best start, as check-in was significantly delayed due to an issue followed by delays in cleaning. The host kindly extended our checkout by two hours to compensate for the delayed check-in, which we appreciated. Overall, a good property with a convenient location, but the check-in experience could be improved.
The check-in experience was disappointing, especially as we were travelling with kids, which made the delays and tiring evening even more difficult. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident and not the usual experience.

The level of service is truly outstanding, everything is done with great care and attention. The views are spectacular in every direction, with beautiful panoramas of the mountains surrounding Yerevan.
The breakfasts are fantastic, the rooms are excellent, and everything is designed for a truly comfortable stay. We enjoyed every part of our experience here.
There is also a large shopping mall nearby where you can find pretty much everything you might need.
Overall, an amazing place that I would definitely recommend!
