Magnificent three piece in a luxury residence, facing the sea, with pool, privileged access to a creek, and shops and restaurants 600m. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a beautiful living room comfortably furnished opening on a 21m² loggia where the view is very nice on the sea, a kitchen fully equipped (with fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, toaster, coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher), a beautiful 12m² room with a double bed 160x200, a second room of nearly 10m² also for 2 people with bed 160x200), a bathroom water and a toilet. The living room can accommodate two additional beds on the seats for a total capacity of 6 people. The apartment is equipped with a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a washing machine, and air conditioning for maximum comfort. It is fully equipped and pleasantly decorated, the view is great and small shopping center with everything you need is only 600m. Private parking space # 47.

C est une belle propriété avec parking numéroté et fermé nous avions la vue sur mer de face l appart très bien meublé, la literie est excellente, propre tout le confort y est sauf peut-être un congélateur. La seule chose qui n'allait pas c est la route très passante devant la propriété.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön! Es gibt alles, was man braucht, sie ist renoviert, modern ausgestattet, schöner Aussicht. Wir hatten nur Probleme mit Internet, zuerst ging es gut und nach einigen Tagen ist es sehr langsam geworden. Das Problem konnte man leider nicht so schnell beheben.
Sonst war alles gut. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.
