The large living room bathed in light will seduce you with its plunging view of the sea and the red rocks of Rastel. Thanks to its bay window and its two large French windows, it opens onto a terrace running along the entire accommodation.

The kitchen, both functional and elegant, is a real pleasure to use. Fully equipped (induction hob, pyrolysis oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), it also has a convivial standing table offering a breathtaking view. You will find everything you need to cook like at home: traditional coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, teapot, juicer, microwave...

The dining area can accommodate up to six guests, while the lounge area, equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, invites you to relax in front of the exceptional panorama.

Three bedrooms for a comfortable stay
• Master suite: 160x200 bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, dresser, chair and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Direct access to the terrace allows you to enjoy a splendid view as soon as you wake up.
• Double bedroom: two 90x190 beds, bedside table with lamp and dresser.
• Cabin room (small space): bunk bed, ideal for children.

A second bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet completes this sleeping area.

Bordered by an elegant exotic wood terrace, it invites you to take full advantage of the sun and the Mediterranean sweetness, only 8 minutes from the beaches.

Treated with salt for a more pleasant swimming comfort, the swimming pool also seduces with its natural finishes and its submerged beach, ideal for relaxing. This convivial space is shared with the holidaymakers of the second accommodation of the property, in a calm atmosphere that respects everyone's comfort. The space is fully secured thanks to a gate at the entrance, for a holiday in complete serenity.

From this garden, you can access a shortcut to the sea on foot (8 min).

Linen (sheets, towels and dish towels) is not included in the rental (extra charge, 15€ per person).

Air conditioning is present in the bedrooms and the living room.

There are stairs to access the accommodation.
