On the French Riviera, right by the sea and at the foot of the Estérel Massif, between Cannes and Saint-Tropez, this 6-person holiday home is nestled within a calm and secure estate. It boasts a magnificent sea view over the bay of Agay and the Estérel — a panorama that alone sets the tone for the holiday ahead.
Just a 10-minute walk from the sea, restaurants, all local shops (grocery, butcher…) and leisure activities, it's the ideal spot for a family or friends' getaway on the French Riviera. Nice Airport is 45 minutes away, with Saint-Raphaël and Agay train stations easily accessible.
The house is a true slice of paradise overlooking the sea. It features a bright living room, an independent kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with bunk beds, along with a bathroom, a shower room and two toilets. A mezzanine with an extra bed provides additional sleeping space. Outside, the garden and its terrace invite you to enjoy alfresco meals and sunny afternoons.
Baumette beach is a 10-minute walk away, and numerous coves and hidden creeks lie nearby, perfect for days spent exploring between sea and rock.
At the foot of the estate: tennis, padel, circus workshops, a beach, a water sports centre, and many more activities — hiking, mountain biking, golf, guided tours. Here, time slows down: you unwind, sip an aperitif, and watch the boats drift by in the distance.
