Location is really good, very quiet at night. We also cooked in the kitchen and it was well equiped and everything worked well. The appartment is on the 2nd floor but lift is avalable. Decent comfort for a family of 5 for couple of nights in Rome.

Location was amazing. Monti feels like a real neighborhood where Romans socialize. The building is well maintained and the apartment is very spacious. Especially nice to have two bathrooms with a family. Also although it’s a vibrant neighborhood, the apartment is quiet as it’s an interior apt and you can really rest. After blazing hot days walking around Rome it’s a really nice place to decompress.

The property location, being 10mins walk from the Colosseum, was excellent. The beds were comfortable.
The property was not clean to an acceptable standard. Examples include (but are not limited to) used kitchen sponge provided with dirt and hair stuck in, dirty shower with old shampoo bottle lid and sachet left in, hair in shower, inside of kitchen cupboards and draws with dirty with old food. Kitchen items such as curling, plates and pans dirty. Air vents were filthy with dust and/or grease.
Many things in the property were broken including lights and the oven.
No curtains or blinds on windows. Shutters do not close fully so light at night.
Quite noisy from the stairwell at night.
Issues were raised during stay. Owner offered to provide a clean sponge and additional cleaning but did not accept that anything was broken or not as described in advert description or photos.
