Simple, comfortable room in a great location. Perfect for sight-seeing

4 / 10

Room was cleaned daily by a really lovely woman. Bathroom door did not close and they fixed it the next day. Kind of hard to figure out where the iron was but that could be language barrier. AC was strong. Elevator is enough space for 1 person and 1 piece of luggage. Bed was comfortable. Instructions to get into the hotel were very clear.

10 / 10

Great location near the Colosseum, many good restaurants nearby, 5 min walk to Cavour metro station.

4 / 10

I chose this place as it was central and I wanted to be walking distance to most places. However, I had an awful experience with the check in process. I had messaged the property about my arrival three times prior to my stay with no response. I let them know more than 48 hours ahead of my arrival time, to ask about the check in process, with no reply. When I arrived in the afternoon, there was no reception staff at hand and I had no way of contacting them. Finally some tourists who were staying on the floor above, helped me out. The room itself was small and the A/C did not work, hence it felt quite stuffy at times. There was no real professionalism and I was left disappointed and would not stay again.

Property was very centrally located, and the rooms were exactly what were expected. Giuseppe made everything amazing and was great at communicating!!

Great place to stay!! The room was on the smaller side, but if you are solo traveling and just looking for a nice place to stay with a private bathroom, this is it. Lovely place to get pastries and gelato right next to it, and a fountain right outside to enjoy. Housekeeping came in and made the bed every day, which was lovely to come back to after a long day out in beautiful Rome.
