Location was great with easy access to train stations, restaurants, shopping strips and convenience stores. The host, Shozo, met us at the apartment, spoke good English, was helpful, and gave us a tour of the rooms and amenities. He also left great information about transport, restaurants and on two walls had large maps of Osaka showing train lines and sightseeing options. Appliances around the house also had clear and easy to read instructions in English - this is really useful and saves the need to translate using phone apps. Most areas of the house were clean such as bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets. Extra clean towels and toilet paper were provided. A coffee machine was also provided with pods and milk and they made a pretty decent coffee. A projector and screen were also provided which was good for relaxing and watching blu-ray/DVD or streaming services.
The kitchen area felt cluttered and could be cleaner but given that we didn't cook in the house it wasn't a major issue.
