The place is clean and room for 5 people. The washer/dryer is difficult to use. We washed our clothes and can't find the function to dry the clothes. Wish the owner would have the instruction on how to use the dryer function.

A lovely apartment, conveniently located for subway use and bars and restaurants.
We walked to it from Umeda station, after getting the Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka from Khoto, which is close to the city centre, past some nice shopping and eating areas.
We stayed here for for the reason of travelling to Universal Studios. Temma subway station is about 12 minutes walk (with a 9 & 7 year old). However, on the return journey at night time, we had to walk past the lady bars and casinos with some choice clientèle and services around. (Bear this in mind if with young children, mine didn't notice!)
Also close by is an outdoor playpark, next to Kids Plaza which my children loved! Discounted tickets from 14:00 onwards: it closes at 17:00 and this is more than enough time. It is also close to Osaka imperial castle.
