The location was very convenient for exploring Osaka and visiting nearby cities such as Kyoto and Nara. We arrived in Osaka by Shinkansen, so the location was also convenient for our arrival. The room was spacious, the bathroom was good, and there were enough bathroom amenities for a comfortable stay.
Although the accommodation had a kitchen, it was not very practical to use. I have stayed in similar accommodations where basic cooking essentials, such as oil and salt, were provided. Since we were staying for a very short time, buying these items ourselves did not make sense, so we could not really use the kitchen.
The sound insulation was also poor. I knew the accommodation was close to a train station, so I expected some noise, but I thought the insulation would be better. There was also nearby construction work, which added to the noise and made the stay less comfortable.
One additional suggestion would be to provide universal electrical sockets or adapters. This was our third accommodation in Japan, and the other places we stayed at offered universal sockets or similar solutions, which made charging our devices much easier.

Extreme good communication before, during and after the stay. No fumbling with keys due to an intelligent pin-code-solution. The Apartment was great, especially the bath with the laundry-machine. Everything was nice, clean, welcoming and extremely practical. The balcony and kitchen with basic equipment were great as well.
The room and the bed are really small- I can't imagine fitting 3 people in there, if the pull-out-sofa-bed for the third person is in use, I see people falling over another constantly. If you are really noise-sensitive, bring something for sleeping, as you will hear the trains even when the windows are closed.

Kitchen facilities were good, the appliances were good, the apartment was very very clean. The kitchen utensils were adequate. The location is good.
The bed was pretty hard. My partner had to try to sleep on the sofa bed instead. There was no mirror in the room. We did not realize that the smaller room would have been that small. I actually feel like they could do better with the type of furniture in the room. The was no dresser type area or even a drawer in the room.
