Staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel is well located to explore Paris and very quiet even though our room faced the street. Excellent cafes within an easy walk. Our room had a very modern and spacious bathroom which was great after a long day exploring the city. Highly recommend this hotel.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful particularly reception. A wine bar was open from 6pm to 10pm so useful for a night cap. The room was a good size and there was a lift. Great location. I liked the hotel’s decor.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. The room was charming, comfortable, and well-sized, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the breakfast team was particularly hospitable and attentive, making each morning a pleasant experience.
There were a few areas where the experience could be improved. I had expected my water bottle to be refilled daily and needed to visit reception to have this done. The television in my room was not working; although I reported the issue to the night staff, it was not resolved during my stay. My room telephone also did not work initially, but this was promptly fixed once reported. I noticed some dust on parts of the desk, and additional lighting in the room would have made the space feel brighter and more inviting. On one occasion, I also had to request toilet paper and a shower mat, which I would have expected to be replenished during routine housekeeping.
