Cute location
It’s a bit dated and it was not super clean

Location, staff, service, quiet
On a couple of days the coffee pods for espresso machine were forgotten, as well as towel and shower mat were not replaced, but otherwise all perfect.

It was a fabulous hotel in a great location. The room felt like it sloped towards the bathroom buut given the age of the building that is probably excusable.
The bathroom was very small and the first day of our stay, the room wasn't made up before 3.30pm which wasn't convenient for us.

Location is good, the lobby area is nice. Rooms are clean.
This was our fourth visit (likely our last) and it’s starting to feel a little tired. Mostly I was disappointed in the service - our fourth visit and our honeymoon and there was no special treatment or recognition. A bit disappointing for years of loyalty.
