Location, coziness, comfort, staff.
It’s so minor, I almost didn’t want to write about it but since you’re asking, the croissants for breakfast (room service)could be better. But the coffee was delicious!

It was located in a very safe and convenient location for walking to many areas and iconic landmarks in the surrounding city. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout the trip. They were very considerate and provided a bottle of wine for my wife and I enjoy for her birthday weekend.
Very little. The rooms are small, but it is understandable being in the heart of Paris. Besides which, we were not at the facility much and really only needed a place to clean up and sleep.
