Location and grounds are beautiful
Our room was a bit tired and shower head was broken

Friendly professional welcome on arrival. I had checked in prior to arrival so there was minimal documentation and we were in our room very quickly. Excellent location with beautiful grounds. The hotel is full character with a warm welcoming environment.
Happy with everything.

The food was exceptional and the service by Aaron was impeccable. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the setting is idyllic. We've been a few times and will certainly return.
The food service on the Friday evening was a little lacking despite there appearing to be additional staff.

Room was pleasant, clean and comfortable and had a lovely view from the window.
Breakfast felt disorganised. Lacking in staff. Uncleared tables. Slow service. Only access for wheelchair users in breakfast as area was to wait outside firedoor exits and hope someone would notice and open the doors from the inside.
