Best location! You can't have any better location than this. You're right at the edge of the old town. So, when you come out of your door, the old town starts, and if you walk to the other direction and cross the park, you have the train station, tram lines, buses, massive shopping center with lots of shopping options and leading brands, etc. At the night, it was quiet enough to sleep. Apartment block is very safe and clean. When we arrived, we found the apartment in spotless condition with everything we needed. Very good helpful staff members, great communication all the way. They arranged the airport pick-up and the salt mine trip for us with reasonable price. Checked on us next morning if all was good, and even kept our luggage as we had a late flight back. We absolutely loved Krakow, and on our next trip, I will be booking the same apartment without further search. Highly recommended!
Nothing.

Really good location.
There could be more mirrors.

The apartment was in an excellent location, close to station and main square.
Apartment was very clean and had all basics needed.
Great communication with owner with very specific and detailed entrance information.
In need of a little updating but was very adequate for what needed.
I would suggest more bedroom pillows were needed.
Apartment is large as sleeps 9 people but there is not enough seating at table to accommodate 9.

Location .
The location makes apartment extremely noisy despite double glazed windows . Apartment needs a renovation . No lights in kitchen , broken PowerPoints in living area . Shower head taped together with tape .
