Location. View from room (had boutique double room with lake view).
Italian waiter was lovely on our first night’s stay.
Not much atmosphere in hotel. Staff appeared a bit standoffish at times. Bedsheet was quite rough, pillows awful.

Good view, nice food but 38 for a burger is a bit expensive.
The spa was excellent.
and the staff was very friendly
The pillows are incredibly uncomfortable, at least for us, as we do not like down pillows as they are not very supportive. If you like these kind, then they are probably fine.

Location
Massively expensive for the service and facilities. Terrible beds, encourage you to take a green problem which is great but don’t service your room once in 3 days. Not even stock water

"The view from restaurant was stunning, and we enjoyed breakfast every morning! Also, we enjoyed at the swimming pool, steam rooms, and the garden area!"
