Location is good! Just around 8min walk to Interlaken West Train/Bus Station. Small double room is just enough space for 2 people with towels, comforter, room heater and hair dryer inside. They have a kitchen downstairs, water heater, microwave and refrigerator. I've also seen some cooking utensils. Free breakfast is just okay. It was overall a great stay.
They provided a hair dryer but the hair dryer plug doesn’t fit into the socket in the room. The part around the plug is too round and bulky, so it won’t fit into the narrow socket. Good thing we have an adapter so we were still able to use it. And we could not ask anyone because the reception is only until midday.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and polite. The house was conveniently located and quiet at night. We felt safe there, great neighborhood. Had.a community fridge for storing food, very nice!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Interlaken West. The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance, making it very easy to explore the town. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and our room was spacious and bright. There is no elevator, but this wasn’t a problem for us.
The breakfast was fantastic! One thing we particularly appreciated was seeing guests automatically clear their own tables and place their dirty dishes in the designated area. It was lovely to see this shared sense of responsibility and consideration being embraced so naturally by everyone.
The only downside was the use of a shower curtain, which felt a little outdated. Be sure to follow the hotel’s instructions and keep the curtain inside the shower tray, with it fully closed while showering. Otherwise, water can spill onto the bathroom floor and even soak the toilet paper!
One small detail we found puzzling was the provision of only one face towel, despite having bath towels and hand towels. We believe each guest should be provided with their own face towel, as this is a basic comfort and hygiene requirement.
Despite these minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent location and great breakfast.

Close to the west train station, the breakfast was nice. Great view out of our room #2
Very simple. I asked for an extra pillow as they only had one per person and had no response. Under the bed was very dusty and dirty and has old wrappers.
No elevator!!
