This hotel has a good location. .3 miles to the train station and .5 miles to the beautiful wooden bridges. The staff is incredible. Loved having an elevator. Coop grocery store is steps away. Free coffee and tea at the first floor coffee machine. No kettle, microwave or refrigerator in the room. Nice size bathroom. The room was spacious enough, but we kept hitting our heads because the angle of the roof and beams in our room. We had one chair and a round stool to sit on. There is only one English TV channel to watch and you cannot cast to their TV. The air conditioning was a plus. We had soup sent up to our room and it was good. Very clean.
The didn’t like the low roof angles and beams of the ceiling. We hit our heads multiple times. The rooms had very little light. We asked why they were so dark and were told it was romantic lighting. Only one English Television channel.

Very pleasant environment and excellent staff. Had a meal in the restaurant which exceeded all expectations. Good location, easy walk into centre

No coffee or tea in the room (discovered after breakfast that a great machine was in the corridor, free a charge 😳)

Great location, lovely hotel, quirky room on tje 2nd floor and kind, helpful staff.
City maps available when checking in.
Loved the decor and the fact this continued in hallways, really stylish.
Noisy, not outside but other guests! The soundproofing can't be great as I could hear people stomping about. This was hard to ignore as it lasted hours.
The rug by the bed didn't have any gripper so I slipped on it when I walked in and the shower tiles have no grip at all on the floor. I'd be worried for older people with less mobility as I felt I nearly fell over several times between the shower and the rug.
I'd also hoped for a kettle/coffee making facilities and usb points.
