The location was quite literally a stones throw from the town centre. The room was incredibly cosy. I arrived late at night, cold and wet to find a really charming room at the top of the house. The radiators were on. It was by no means cold inside. Just what I needed. Super clean. An absolutely scrumptious breakfast with generous portions. Paul was incredibly kind and helpful.
I don’t believe there is anything to dislike. I do think the breakfast window could be relaxed perhaps and a later checkout is always appreciated.

Quiet yet central location. Very good breakfast, especially the cumberland sausage. Friendly and very knowledgeable host. I paid extra for a deluxe room and it was great.
The only slight downside was the parking is stacked - so you risk getting blocked in by another guest or blocking them in. So I just used spaces on nearby streets.

The location and facilities were just what I needed and the breakfast was excellent, with friendly and helpful service. The option of self check-in with key safe was useful.
I travelled by bike and so it would have been helpful to have had a bike rack in the car park at the rear of the property. But I was able to find a lamppost!
