Well appointed room, comfy bed, good shower - everything you could need was there. Excellent breakfast. Ideal location for town.

We had a great stay at Greystoke House! Our room and en-suite were compact but modern and well thought out and had everything we needed for a short break. We found the self check-in and online breakfast ordering fairly straightforward and liked the flexibility it gave us, but there are other options available for those who don't have smartphones or prefer a personal check-in. We didn't meet Emma in person but her cooked breakfasts were lovely, and Jon was a very welcoming and knowledgeable host who was happy to hear what we had planned for the day and offer advice and recommendations. The house is in a quiet residential part of Keswick, a very short walk away from a great selection of pubs, cafés and shops.
There was nothing we didn't like

Brilliant location , self check in , comfortable bed , plenty pillows ! Small but more than adequate ensuite ! Plenty tea and coffee facilities and decaf tea which isn’t always available ! Good breakfast . Friendly owner :)
