Location and how it was away from the busy street (keeping the traffic noise at a minimum). The tub and shower were nice. The handrail was sturdy going upstairs to the loft area. Loved having a mini fridge. The patio outside was very nice and relaxing.
There was no instruction provided on using the outside gate to enter.

Did not try the breakfast. There were many eccellent alternatives nearby.
Air conditioning was a little difficult to adjust and was occasionally too cold.

Set back from the street made it quieter. Everything is there that you need including great shelves and hangers for your stuff. But it is very small and very sweetly decorated. It suited us!
