The facility is very clean and in a very silent area. Concierge is making every arrangement for you.

Location good. Spa facility nice.
No working lift for most of our stay. No offer to help bring down luggage until I’d already done it. Breakfast in the restaurant wasn’t enjoyable. It’s overpriced and the €39 buffet is tiny. Then when you order extras - which are chargeable - the waiter makes the point of repeating several times that what you are ordering is chargeable. Which ruins the whole thing.

The rooms were pretty, but there wasn’t many areas to get ready with a mirror and a plug socket for hairstyling products. They suggested you do it over the bathroom sink when I called downstairs, which would be a hazard in the UK.
The breakfast was awful. The coffee was cold.
