location was exceptional for our party of 5 - but we chose the hotel for it's location initially. The staff at the hotel were wonderfully helpful, ordering taxis and sharing information with us was so easy . Breakfast staff were very caring and ensured everything was to our liking- breakfast was good and tasty.
the information on the hotel website could have been more informative- it was only on our 3rd day that I was desperate for a hot drink when we asked if it would be possible to have a pot of hot water that they gave us a kettle and cups for the room! If they had said we could have them on request in their information, it would have made a good stay PERFECT !

Amazing, clean and staff very helpful, and close to the Eiffel tower and great facilities and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Great breakfast and coffee. The lift to and from the airport with welcome pickups also recommended - punctual and helpful.
Would have liked a kettle to make a hot drink

Great location with nearby shopping, cafes, etc all w/i walking distance of the Eiffel Tower..
Proximity to the Eiffel Tower. Located on a typical narrow European Avenue.
