I find myself conflicted, because by my normal tastes I shouldn't like the Saxonville, but I really did. It's like stepping back 40 years, but the look has been meticulously maintained and is immaculate. The restaurant menu, similarly, but it is well done by a great restaurant team. So I am happy to praise the Saxonville for doing well what it sets out to do.
The porridge and kipper for breakfast were excellent.
Private parking is visitor gold in Whitby and I was grateful for it.
Lots when I arrived and nothing when I left. 🤔

Location only 10 mins walk to harbour. Also offering evening meals. Both breakfast & evening meals were “silver service”.Free Parking on site
Only double beds not much choice for King size
