The villas are tucked inside from the main road and right on the beach. These stand alone villas are excellent. Being on the beach and nothing between the villa and the ocean (except the sand), it was a great experience. You can just step out of the room, walk on the sand and get into the sea.
The villas are well separated from each other. Gives you good privacy. The rooms are pretty big with large windows for viewing outside. From the bed, we could see the ocean right infront of us. There is a private jacuzzi outside, but somehow that experience was not great - the water coming out was not clean. The bathroom is super big - almost like a bedroom - equipped with all toiletries you need.
The property does not have a restaurant - you can pre-book your breakfast the night before and they will serve it in your villa. For lunch / dinner, there are lot of options if you walk down the main road or the beach.
Overall a great experience. Nothing like this in North Goa. I will highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay on the beach. Will definitely visit again.
The jacuzzi water was not clean. Even after they tried cleaning, there were lots of algae that kept coming out.

Always been the place and the people. I have been going there for so many years, one yes because of the place but the staff too. Rupesh has been the best from day 1 I discovered Agonda villa but this time Sahil and Bhopal the room staffs were extremely professional and kind.

We stayed for three nights and were informed upon arrival that our accommodation would be located away from the main resort. The room was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were highly professional, providing efficient service and delivering breakfast each morning.
However, the hot tub was unsatisfactory: several jets were non-functional, there was significant limescale accumulation, and the controls were immobile. The shower head was also defective, in contrast to the facilities available to neighbouring guests. Given the lack of operational amenities, the pricing appears disproportionate. Our primary reason for selecting this location was to use the hot tub; unfortunately, we used it only once.
