Location, sea facing room view and room Ambience.
Air condition was not working in afternoon as cool as expected, almost no cooling, maybe due to intense extreme heat outside, but should be effective in cooling the room in afternoon,
hotel staff did resolve the cooling issue temporarily by spraying water on AC's outer unit.

Property was very clean bathroom was nice clean and a good size. Everything we needed just the tranquility we were craving. Was right in the beach and next door to a lovely restaurant.
Would have been a nice touch had we had a see view. Apart from that everything was perfect

The location of the property is very good, directly accessing the beach almost at the center. The staff is also responsive (special thanks to Abhilash and both the support persons who brought our requirements to the room). The view from the first-floor room (we booked a suite with a sea view for 8 nights) is excellent. Drinking water was included, which was a good thing and necessary. The room had good space with proper cupboards, tables, chairs, and most importantly, a mini-refrigerator was included. Nearby restaurants are also good with nice food variety and quality. The resort has a tie-up with a restaurant (Kamaya, around 1.2 km from the resort), which is highly recommended, as the food ordered via the resort is excellent. The bathroom is attached and very clean with the nice cleaners coming daily. The resort is very balanced if you want to explore south Goa and, at the same time, for some days if you want to spend the entire day in your suite relaxing. And last but not least, the resort and the area around the Agonda beach live up to excellent animals around (golden langoors, hawks, eagles, dolphins, etc.) along with nice sunsets, so if you are a nature lover, you would see a lot of those. The rooms are a bit less sturdy, as when you walk around, they keep vibrating. At night if you walk, you could feel the room moving a bit. This is not a big issue, but some people might feel off because of this issue. One of the resort cabs is not very trustworthy, as he cancelled one of our trips an hour ago (Dilip) on the trip day despite having planned the trip a day ago. I suggest not to book with that driver. However, the girl from reception (sorry, forgot her name) and Abhilash were very responsive and arranged for a different cab the next day. The lack of an in-house restaurant is an issue, but at the same time, nearby restaurants are very good options along with the resort-tied-up restaurant (Kamaya). Also, adding some more amenities at this price would be nice.

Dreamy location, very clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming and helped us with so many things which really made our stay in Agonda exceptional! Will strongly recommend and hope to return one day!
