The staff (both hotel and restaurant) were excellent. Anytime we needed anything they were kind and there to help.
The restaurant was excellent. Great food choice and quality, with very agreeable prices and awesome/friendly waiters.
The hotel area was a bit dilapidated . For instance, there was a sewage smell on one side of the property that they attempt to hide with incense. Also, some masonry around the pool was very dirty (almost moldy) and some of the bungalows had this ugly plastic to cover what should be windows or screens. Finally, an extra mattress was brought in for my son and it was brown.
The pool was quite dirty as well, and our kids stopped swimming in it.
