The room was decorated really nicely with plenty of mirrors and had everything that we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, plenty of sockets (including usb ports), and a nice bathroom and shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The lighting in the room wasn’t very good for doing makeup! The room was decorated very tastefully, but despite there appearing to be plenty of lighting options in the room, none of it is quite right or close enough to mirrors to provide adequate lighting when getting ready.

Very clean. Good beds. Amazing lokation.
Normal London stuff, a lot of narrow stairs, thin walls and the tube/trains a bit noisy. But not a big problem.

Close to Paddington Station. Clean. Water refill station.
Don’t stay in room 1623. I think the Underground is within 5 feet of the bed! It’s where the coffee machine is (noisy), the cleaners get out their equipment (noisy), the passage to anywhere else (noisy) and it’s so small you can only use one side of the bed. It’s not shown in any of the photos (possibly because the camera couldn’t fit!)
