The property is small but so cute and comfortable. I was there for two days. I had the breakfast included but never did partake of it. The hotel is perfectly situated. Paddington station is about a 3 minute walk. The hop on hop off bus is at the corner literally a minute walk. A multitude of little eatery’s across the street and souvenir shops. I was a solo traveler so this was perfect. I highly recommend. Staff held my luggage since I arrived at 6am and check in was at 3. I give this place a 10/10. This will be my go to place next time.

The best part of staying there was the staff. I wish I could remember all of their names from the front desk to the manager because they were just warm and wonderful.
We also love the location and when I’m in london generally stay in that area because it’s easy to get everywhere without being heavily touristy.
The beds were especially comfortable, which is always a challenge when you’re traveling not knowing what you’re going to get. But again I want to emphasize the best part was the staff.

Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. Location great for Paddington station. The hotel and rooms are of high standard and rooms are very modern with coffee tables tea facilities and chilled water.
My only thing that wasn’t great are the size of the rooms. No floor space for luggage and limited wardrobe space. You literally have to shimmy around the bed to move around and enter the bathroom. No problem for a night or 2 but you might struggle for longer.
