Many queries were eventually sorted out. Excellent location. Basic hotel but good price for the location. Lovely quiet square. Mattress was ok.
Accommodation initially not as promised (eventually sorted out, check whether ensuite includes a toilet, it might just be shower and sink). Rooms a bit tired, kettle missing but substituted for a half broken one. Sound from people in corridor very loud in the room.

Good small budget hotel in excellent location. Friendly staff. Shower was good and hot. Kettle and Nescafé coffee and tea in rooms. No traffic noise.
All fine. Room is dated but to be expected for the price. Be aware no lift if you have mobility issues.

Close to Paddington Station.
Didn’t have a proper dining room more like an outdoor pub area for a drink.
