About this house rental
In Seillans, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, this house of Provençal architecture, with 4 bedrooms including 2 suites, with its magnificent poolhouse, its breathtaking view of the hills, its heated swimming pool on 4 levels, its terraces, can accommodate 8 people (up to 10) in the greatest comfort, standing and calm.
Note: the upstairs suite, which is exposed to the sun on 3 sides, is air-conditioned. The other 3 bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with fans.
It is located less than an hour from Cannes, Grasse, St-Raphael, the Verdon gorges, 15 minutes from the lake of St-Cassien or the international golf course of the "Terres Blanches" and 10 minutes from the aerodrome of Fayence (gliding), thalassotherapy center, equestrian clubs nearby. Very nice services, dining room, TV lounge, veranda summer lounge with its large bay windows, large terrace with its outdoor lounge under shade sails, pool-house, real balcony on the valley, with its summer kitchen, its BBQ, its large table and its lounge area. Petanque court, ping-pong table.
Secure heated swimming pool with 3 levels and large bath, ideal for the very young (submerged beach at 15 cm), and also for the elderly (easy to go down into the pool).
Beautiful unobstructed view of the hills, particularly quiet area.
You will love the different terraces for all hours of the day, the sunsets on the hills where nothing spoils the view.
The house is on the edge of the green area, quiet. This tranquility should be respected.
HEALTH AND SAFETY INFORMATION:
To reassure our travellers:
Secure access and arrival: the house has its private parking with unique access to the front door without crossing other people.
When you arrive, we, Georges and Annick, will always be there to welcome you, explain the house with of course the necessary health protocol.
Cleaning and disinfection: we have hired a third person for the cleaning who is exclusively responsible for disinfection with all the appropriate products, both inside and outside the house (terrace furniture, sunbeds, etc.)
All linen provided is prepared and packed at least 15 days in advance.
All the dishes, during the cleaning time, are dishwasher safe at 65°.
Specific products provided: soap, hydroalcoholic solution, paper towels, disposable wipes, tissues.
Finally, we are located in an area where properties exceed 5,000 m². You are therefore in perfect health safety.

La maison est très bien situé sur les hauteur au calme. Pas beaucoup de traffic. Idéal pour ce reposer et passer du temps en famille.

Wat ons bij blijft aan het verblijf inSeillans is het fijne zwembad (ook de allerkleinsten hadden zitplekje in zwembad) met het prachtige uitzicht en de fijne buitenkeuken. Hier verbleven wij dan ook de meeste tijd. In de omgeving liggen leuke dorpjes, die een bezoek zeker waard zijn.
