About this villa rental
We rent, by the week, a villa of 200m² on a fenced plot of 3300m² in a popular rural setting, located in Montauroux, one of the hilltop villages of the Pays de Fayence in the Var, close to the lake of Saint Cassien and 30 minutes from Mandelieu.
The house has a large living room - dining room with access to a large covered and shaded terrace, equipped with a plancha. The fully fitted kitchen has direct access.
The night part of the first floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed of 160 and private sink/shower and a bedroom with two single beds (possibility of a third) nearby. A separate toilet, a bathroom equipped with a washing machine with bath, double sink and walk-in shower.
The night part of the first floor houses four air-conditioned bedrooms. Two have a 180 bed, another has a 140 bed and the last has two single beds. The last two have direct access to the solarium with a breathtaking view of the Napoleon road. A separate toilet, a large bathroom with bathtub and double sink, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The exterior includes a swimming pool (11mx5) secured by a roller shutter (possibility of heating it depending on the season). Large terrace with 8 deckchairs and parasol, jacuzzi, night lighting. Shaded sandy beach area with table and chairs. Petanque court and ping pong table (rackets provided). Parking for 5 cars inside the property. Electric gate and intercom. Pets allowed.
