It was my first time in Seville and I choose this hotel for location and roof top swimming pool. At check-in I was told I am their picked customer of the day and I was given free upgrate and chocolate and lovely note was waiting in my room. The room was very clean, spacious and modern. I loved the roof top swimming pool and terase. Breakfast was very nice and the location of the hotel was walking distance to all the spots.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was good, but the Wi-Fi was very poor throughout my stay, which made it difficult to use.
On my last night, I couldn’t sleep because the air conditioner started leaking water. I called the front desk, but they sent a cleaning lady who stayed until the morning. The maintenance worker eventually came and fixed the problem.
Overall, the location was good, but the poor Wi-Fi and the AC issue on my last night made my stay disappointing.
