We stayed in this beautiful hotel just 1 night in July, but it was enough to leave us with a wonderful impression!
The hotel is absolutely charming, with a beautiful Moorish atmosphere that truly captures the spirit and history of Seville. From its traditional architecture to the lovely interior courtyard and thoughtful details, the entire property has a unique character that makes the experience feel authentic and special.
What impressed us the most, however, was the exceptional hospitality and professionalism of the front desk staff.
We experienced a small issue with a water leak in our room, but the gentleman at reception (I believe his name was Rafael) handled the situation beautifully. He was extremely kind, attentive and proactive, immediately offering us alternative accommodation and even arranging a room upgrade to ensure we were comfortable.
These are the moments when you truly appreciate great hospitality. Problems can happen in any hotel, but it's the way the staff responds that makes all the difference, and in this case, the service was outstanding.
We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would happily return on our next visit to Seville and would definitely recommend this lovely boutique hotel to anyone looking for an authentic atmosphere combined with warm, genuine hospitality.

Although the hotel enjoys an excellent location in the heart of Seville, guests arriving by car should be aware that parking is not available directly at the property. You will need to use a nearby public car park and walk several blocks with your luggage, which can be a little inconvenient, especially during the hot summer months.
