We traveled to Kinosaki onsen to experience onsen culture. Our traditional japanese room at Asagiriso was beautiful, large and very clean. The staff turned around the room in the evening and laid out our beds. They told us about the different public onsens in the city, helped us with yukatas and other traditional gear. The hotel is a short walk from the main onsen street but that wsnt an issue at all. The hotel also provides free shuttle service for pick up and drop off to the station and different onsens. we had booked a Kaiseki dinner but the hotel was prompt in communicating that they couldn't provide vegetarian kaiseki dinner. They provided us a refund for the same. Ayush, one of the staff members at the hotel was extremely helpful.
Just that we couldnt do a traditional kaiseki dinner because they didnt have vegeterian options.

Location was amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful especially to foreigners they had English speaking staff. The service also includes a shuttle service for the onsen and to the hotel plus back to the station. The in house onsen was beautiful especially the first floor outdoor onsen. They had variety of yukatas to choose from for style every day. Also additionally because it was my birthday and our honeymoon celebration they even gave us a little present … this was such a memorable experience.
Would go back!!!

スタッフが1名神対応すぎて、他のスタッフが目立たない。彼を見習うべきです
