The hosts are probably the kindest staff I have met so far in Japan, and everyone I have met so far were very nice! I didn’t realize when I booked, but we had a Japanese Breakfast included and it was delicious, they told us to eat what we wanted and not to feel bad if we didn’t eat all of it.

Absolutely everything. The staff was so warm and welcoming. The location was very central and an easy walk to everything. The onsen in the ryokan was so warm and comforting and it was nice to be able to soak with each other versus being separated by gender.
Nothing. Everything was amazing.
