The hotel is in a fantastic location with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. Only a 2 minute walk to Taksim square and the Metro. We stayed for 5 nights in the deluxe room with was very comfy with a shower and bath. Room was of good size and perfect for what we wanted. Breakfast was ok but could do with offering some options but done the job. Hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help. We would defiantly stay at the hotel again.
Had to keep asking reception for toilet paper and maybe room could have been slightly cleaner but nothing major.

They are always open to accommodate your requests when conditions change. Helpful and understanding staff. Well located. This hotel is our first choice when we stay in Istanbul.
