Liked the location. Was comfortable generally.
Domestic lady was very efficient
The staff at reception was not friendly at all. Infact we were very disappointed by the first manager on reception when we arrived.
The room given to us and we went with the keys to open and found it was totally messy and even the shoes of previous person were there. It never happened to us anywhere in the past. On the top of that manager was very impatient, not apologetic or polite. Even we saw him on reception, he did not greet or even asked if the alternative room given was comfortable or not. Very disappointing!

Location and staff
The AC only works as heater because of the cold weather outside, but the room becomes little warmer sometimes and by opening the window is a bit noisy

Location and great staff
Timing of the breakfast. 7:30 is too late.
