Excellent Location: The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Taksim, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
Outstanding Staff: The entire team was wonderful! A special thanks to Emir, Muhammed, and Emad for their lovely hospitality. Also, the lady in charge of our room cleaning a very sweet Indian woman was absolutely adorable and highly professional.
Great Amenities: The sauna and spa facilities are very beautiful and clean.
Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast was okay, but it would be absolutely flawless if they could vary and diversify the buffet options a bit more.

I was so pleased to be greeted warmly at the reception upon check-in.
Muhammet Bey, in particular, was an outstanding staff member. He always greeted us warmly and was always ready to help.
The breakfast was nicely presented, and, above all, the view from the dining area was even more spectacular than I had expected.
The location is excellent and it’s quiet, so I plan to stay at Gonen Hotel again on my next trip to Istanbul.
Once again, thank you to Muhammet Bey and all the staff members!^^
Stay healthy, everyone.
