Location! Right on the edge of old town and on the main esplanade. Walk or bike everywhere! Nice lobby, ok breakfast, friendly and welcoming staff. Room was small but nice.
None of the internal doors of our room stayed open or closed, just hung in the middle somewhere. The room was small but as expected. Would stay again!

location is terrific and view was great. Bed very comfortable. loved the outdoor balcony with table & chairs
In room expresso didn't work properly and would have liked at least a continental breakfast included in price. Room needed a desk

Great location for exploring and ease of travel either tram or bus.

Room was fresh and clean. Location was great.
Staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful. This was a real disappointment. Don't work in hospitality if you can't be hospitable!
