During all my france trip this was one of the best room i ever had and room with a sea view is so relaxing when i woke up and go to bed . location is perfect you are half way to tram staiton and airport bus stop is just 5 min walk .
Unfortunately as it's on main road location there is noise pollution from surrounding neighbourhood restaurant and some weekend party was going on street .

Our room was bigger than we expected and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to have a fridge with soft drinks left for us! Our little balcony and side view of the promenade was really nice.
Very good breakfast also.
The shower over the bath was powerful but we couldn’t stop the water coming out on to the floor, we had to use towels to soak it up… a more secure shower screen needed.

Breakfast was adequate and great view from the breakfast buffet room.

The location is amazing and the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable.
The rooms are very bare with patio side tables. No toiletries, besides hand soap near the basin and shampoo in the tub. No lotion, no conditioner, no slippers, no robe, nor vanity needs. Drinking water is water machines in the hall ways. Breakfast is minimum and one basically has to make his/her own eggs, juice, coffee. My "court yard view was actually a view of the air conditioning compressors with fake grass around it.
