The location is really good for exploring Nice. The train station to explore further afield is only a 10 min walk away
It is very obviously a tourist hotel. Not much soul to the place.

The location is very good. Right in the heart of the city
Rooms are very simple. There’s no charm or coziness.
There was no warm welcome and good bye by the staff.

It was very nice
Shower in our room was very poor
6 / 10Average·Aug 2026
The location was excellent, the breakfast was good
The room was worn, aged, and damaged. the air-conditioning was a problem, as well as damp issues. Overpriced for the quality of the room. Bathroom was dated and tired.
