Everything! We had the best stay here - our kids really enjoyed the slide and pool.

We had a lovely stay. The pool was great for the kids, and we really enjoyed the comfortable bed and lovely pillows. Overall, a great place to stay, especially for families.
There was a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke near the lifts on the third floor, which was unpleasant. We were also disappointed that an extra bed cost RM70 per night, despite having already paid an additional fee for our child. The hotel dining options were quite expensive, although getting a Grab into town was quick and affordable, with plenty of cheaper places to eat.

Great breakfast
Room overlooked garden and was lovely and peaceful
The gym was well-equipped
Staff all really friendly and helpful
The pool was really busy with kids when we stayed so too noisy for us. We moved to the garden which was peaceful but had to lie on the grass as there are no loungers there. Some loungers in the garden would be good.

The staff was helpful
Bought for 3 adults price through booking.com but didn’t get extra bed. At 9pm blackout twice and had to move room.
