The place is brighter now especially the aisles of the hotel rooms. Less noisy and well maintained.
The lifts were a menace as it broke down so easily.
The lobby needs to spruce up with shops selling some local Sarawakian foods for tourists to enjoy and bring back as a souvenirs. They should have offered SPA services also.

Location was good. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Although there were 3 lifts, one was not in service. The toilet smelled bad when we checked in. Basement parking was dirty.
