I requested for twin bed n as soon as i informed d receptionist who’s very helpful she tried her best to search one for us, in fact all my requests were fulfilled: room near d lift, room with shower n twin bed…
I wish they still have d room service…

Same building with the shopping complex. Very convenient.
We've noticed that the air conditioning in our room isn't cooling properly, even on the highest setting, which made it quite uncomfortable to sleep at night. As returning guests, we are disappointed to find that this is the same issue we faced during our past visits, and we hope it can be looked into permanently.
