I liked the staff. there were friendly enough
I travel a lot and always stay in 5 starts hotels. value for money is lacking. you are paying in the Level of 5 stats hotel and you don’t get the treatment of a 5 not even 4 .. dare I say not even 3 stars hotel.
first they won’t clean your room till you asked them to. the cleaning is very minimal and not through. they would take the bath robe and won’t replace it till you ask them.
there is breakfast but nobody told me about it till I asked and told me there is ?!!!!!!
there is no tooth brush, and other products which should be standard in any hotel at this price level. I had to ask for it.
the staff is nice but the service they provide is not matching the price level. at this price they should anticipate the needs of the guests but it was lacking. it’s almost you have to demand even the minimum?!!!
for the money I am paying , I rather go to an actual 5 state hotel. not going back.
