I live that the city tax was included so there were no sueprises. You can opt to not have your room cleaned which is fantastic as my daughter is auristoc and worries about when room service will knock. I love that there was both a kettle and a coffee machine. The facitilies were excellent, everything we could want and more.

Amazing room, tasty breakfast and good location
Would like room to be cleaned every day, but I understand it is the policy in most places now

Location to train. Clean!
We stayed on the 7th floor. Room was nice but no AC. Why??
I asked the front desk on three occasions. At 3am when it was loud from bar crowd and we wanted to close the windows. The following morning someone was supposed to to check it. The third time we were told it is cool outside so no AC. Our room was hot and not good sleeping conditions for us. For the money we paid we wanted to be able to close out the noise and turn on air conditioner
