The hotel and décor were exactly as pictured, which was great. We arrived around 11pm after a long and exhausting journey, having been held up at customs for hours. The bar staff kindly managed to squeeze us in for a welcome drink just before closing, which was a much-appreciated gesture after such an arduous day.
The following morning, the waiter at breakfast was an absolute delight. Warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive, he was honestly one of the best waiters I've encountered in a long time. His hospitality really stood out and made our stay all the more enjoyable.
We originally booked the Deluxe Room specifically for the beautiful, oversized round bathtub featured in the photos. However, after payment had been taken, I double-checked and discovered that the bath wasn't actually included in the room we'd booked. The photos and room descriptions on Booking.com were rather misleading, which was disappointing, as the bathtub was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel.
That said, the Deluxe Room itself was lovely, and the bath was actually spacious enough for two, so in the end we didn't feel we had missed out on the round one.
We were also surprised to discover that room service was unavailable after a certain hour. Although it was nice to have a bar in the room, we couldn't request ice later in the evening. It would have made sense to either provide ice or have a fridge cold enough to keep the drinks properly chilled. Otherwise, having an in-room bar rather defeats the purpose. For a hotel of this standard, these are small details that could make a real difference to the guest experience.

Check in went well and the room and the. Breakfast was great
Not having complimentary water on the second night. My main bug bear though was the fact your bar only had one red wine on both nights I stayed. It was a Chianti. Seems a bit weird for a high glass hotel bar in Berlin. I was really surprised there was not more choice!

I absolutely loved the interior design and vibe of the hotel. also the Staff was super friendly and helpfull. 😊

Staff at the reception was friendly. Breakfast was tasty and they had options for dietary restrictions.
Surfaces at the room were filthy. One is not informed beforehand, but they demand a deposit of 100e per night for the minibar. I could hear people coming and going at night, the sound-proofing is weak. Service at breakfast was unfriendly. It seems that there is no luggage room as all the bags were kept next to the reception. The location is quite out of the way (for me) but this I knew before booking. Overall I would not stay here again as the whole place felt a bit seedy.
