Fantastic hotel for marathon weekend in Chicago - just 5 minute walk from the expo. Comfortable and large room, friendly staff and plenty of amenities.
The hotel was of course extremely overpriced for 2 nights (due to the marathon) - I would like to see the prices drop for next year but don’t expect it to happen.

Proximity to Marathon Expo and 3 Bus line was great, as was the food. We had excellent interactions with all of the staff. We were on the 24th floor with great views - overall, the facilities were good as well. We would definitely stay here again.
Pricing on everything F&B was way higher than expected, even for a hotel (with the exception of the flatbreads which were a great value.) I thought there was a pool there too, but was clearly mistaken, so that bummed my kids out, but that was on me.

The location is great if you need quick access to McCormick Place. The gym is fantastic. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the beds comfortable.
The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room. We called their IT support every day and they tried resetting the router, but it didn't help. Only one of our devices was able to get on Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi worked great elsewhere: in the hallway, in the lobby, restaurant and the gym, but not in our room.
The ventilation in the rooms was poor, so the air was stale all the time. We had to keep our door partially open to let some fresh air in.
